This Privacy Policy describes how Another Day Systems ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Matcheze mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

Account and profile

Email address, name, and authentication credentials
Profile details you choose to provide (bio, interests, preferences, birthdate or age, gender, and similar fields)
Profile photos and optional voice intros you upload
Privacy and messaging preferences

Communications and activity

Messages, likes, matches, blocks, and profile views
Reports you submit about other users or content
Optional identity or photo verification materials you submit when using verification features

Device and technical data

Device identifiers, operating system, app version, and diagnostic logs
Push notification tokens (when you enable notifications)
Approximate location or distance-related settings if you enable location-based features
IP address and standard request logs when you use the website or API

Sign-in with Google

If you sign in with Google, we receive basic account information from Google (such as your email and name) as permitted by Google's settings and our integration.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

Create and manage your account and profile
Provide discovery, matching, messaging, and related product features
Send service-related notices and optional notifications you enable
Moderate content, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms
Improve reliability, security, and product quality
Respond to support requests and legal obligations

4. How we share information

We share information in these situations:

Other users: Information on your profile (and other content you choose to share) may be visible to other members according to your privacy settings and the features you use. Messages are shared with the people you chat with.
Service providers: Vendors that help us host, store, send notifications, authenticate users, or operate the Service, under appropriate confidentiality and security expectations.
Legal and safety: When required by law, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect users, rights, safety, or the integrity of the Service.
Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not show your private messages to other members outside of the intended conversation.

5. Retention

We retain account and profile data while your account is active. Some logs and backups may persist for a limited period for security, troubleshooting, and legal compliance. When you delete your account, we remove associated personal data from active systems as described below, except where we must retain limited information (for example, unresolved abuse reports or legal obligations).

6. Your choices and account deletion

You may update many profile and privacy settings in the app.

You can delete your Matcheze account and associated data at any time:

In the mobile app: Settings → Delete account
On the web: Delete account (sign-in required)

Account deletion is permanent and removes your profile, photos, messages, and related account data from our active systems, subject to the limited exceptions above.

7. Children

Matcheze is for adults ages 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us so we can delete it.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International users

The Service may be hosted and operated in the United States. If you access the Service from another country, your information may be processed in the U.S. or other locations where we or our providers operate.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
